    Can you believe it:
    In the first half of the 1900’s, herring was the «Ocean Silver) in Norway.
    Then suddenly, due to overfishing, the heering allmost vanished.

    I’m happy these fishes are back

    Amazing to see such a large catch being made. The herring have made a comeback here in Eastern Canada in the last few years according to a few of the commercial fishermen I’ve spoken to.
    Hope it is a sign of good things to come.

    Wow! That is a lot of herring!! Good haul. I wonder how much they make from all that herring?
